Dr. Lisa M. Steiner, Ph.D., MBA, ACC, CEC, LPC, President

Dr. Lisa Steiner is a Certified Coach who empowers her clients to create the lives they desire. She draws upon her twenty years of experience in Corporate America, sixteen years in Christian ministry, and seven years of post-graduate education. Lisa completed her International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach training at the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC). Lisa has completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University. She also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Masters (MA) in Counseling, and a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Computer Science.. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at Alliance Theological Seminary's Graduate School of Counseling. She is certified from the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Lisa is the President of Wellsprings Coaching, LLC, in addition to being a licensed counselor, the President of Wellsprings Counseling Center, LLC, and the President of Hope Ministry Inc.

Having worked at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) for twenty years, Lisa held various management and staff positions. Most recently, she was a Business Executive leading a sales team that drove over $150M in annual revenue.

At IBM, Lisa received several top achiever awards for her outstanding results and received the title of IBM Certified Professional, requiring her to complete three weeks of advanced management education taught by professors at Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Lisa is active in Christian Ministry. She presently is the facilitator and teacher of a weekly teleconference Bible study for Corporate employees. Prior to that, she was the Director of Sunday School at a church where Sunday School attendance averaged over 300 adults and children weekly. Lisa has been an evangelical Christian for over seventeen years and currently attends weekly church services in New Jersey.

Margaret Bloomer, MA

Margaret Bloomer is a Life Coach who helps her clients live purposeful and fulfilling lives. Prior to coming on-board at Wellsprings she worked as a Life Enrichment Coach with undergraduate students at Nyack College. In this position Margaret empowered students to evaluate their lives, and then design and achieve fulfilling goals. She also served at Nyack College as Mentoring Coordinator, which entailed designing, piloting, and evaluating an academic peer mentoring program. Margaret has a Masters (MA) in Counseling, and a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Marketing. She has conducted a variety of seminars including “Understanding Your Life Purpose” at Manhattanville College, “Raising Children of Different Temperaments” at Mothers of Preschoolers, “Cool Rules” at the American Association of Christian Counselors World Conference 2007, and “Enriching Relationships” in Kiev, Ukraine.

Prior to her experience as a life coach, Margaret worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative, raising her territory rank from 54 out of 75 to 4 out of 75. She has also worked as a Management Consultant for the American Studies Program where she developed a plan to create synergy between employee’s personal goals and organizational goals.
