Lisa Steiner (West) is a Certified Coach who empowers her clients to create the lives they desire. She draws upon her twenty years of experience in Corporate America, fourteen years in Christian ministry, and five years of masters-level education.  Lisa is a graduate of certified coach training at the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC). She also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Masters (MA) in Counseling, and a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Computer Science.  Lisa is a Doctoral Candidate completing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University.  Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at Alliance Theological Seminary's Graduate School of Counseling's NYC Campus.  She is certified from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).  Lisa is presently the President of Wellsprings Coaching, LLC, in addition to being a licensed counselor and the President of Wellsprings Counseling Center, LLC .

Having worked at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) for twenty years, Lisa held various management and staff positions.  Most recently, she was a Business Executive leading a sales team that drove over $150M in annual revenue.

 

At IBM, Lisa received several top achiever awards for her outstanding results and received the title of IBM Certified Professional, requiring her to complete three weeks of advanced management education taught by professors at Harvard Business School.

 Outside of work, Lisa is active in Christian Ministry. She presently is the facilitator and teacher of a weekly teleconference Bible study for Corporate employees.  Prior to that, she was the Director of Sunday School at a church where Sunday School attendance averaged over 300 adults and children weekly.  Lisa has been an evangelical Christian for over fifteen years and currently attends weekly church services in New Jersey.
