 Lisa Steiner has completed her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University and has graduated from Alliance Theological Seminary’s Graduate School of Counseling with a MA in Counseling. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at Alliance Theological Seminary's Graduate School of Counseling's NYC Campus. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, the President of Wellsprings Counseling Center, a Certified Empowerment Coach, and the President of Wellsprings Coaching Services, LLC. Lisa has an MBA and over twenty years of corporate experience.

Lisa Pro-Menner has over 20 years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples and families. She has worked in corporate, outpatient and inpatient environments.
Lisa is the Founder of Wellsprings Counseling Center, LLC, an organization devoted to providing growth and transformation to people wrestling with a variety of today's common challenges. Lisa specializes in marriage counseling.
Lisa graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a BA degree in Interpersonal Communications. She received her MSW from Loyola University in Chicago. Lisa has taught psychology at the college level and supervised Master's level interns pursuing their advanced training.

 Dan Baugess has a Ph.D. in Human Development with a specialty in Counseling Psychology, a Masters of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Religious Education. Ordained as a minister in the Wesleyan Church, Dan served in pastoral ministry for 15 years. After that, he worked several years in private psychotherapy practice and most recently was the Director of Psychology at Christian Health Care Center's Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital. He has taught at several colleges and graduate level programs in psychology and counseling. He is now currently serving as an adjunct professor at the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. Dan also works full-time as a Christian counselor and psychologist in NJ and PA.

Ruth Andersen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a MA in Professional Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, and a Board Certified Professional Counselor with the American Psychotherapy Association where she was recently awarded Diplomate status. For over eleven years, Ruth has provided counseling in the areas of marriage, family, adults, and children. She also has over twenty years experience mentoring and counseling adolescent girls in addition to teaching and coaching in the public and private school systems. Ruth's energy and enthusiasm for her clients has assisted them in creating more meaningful and productive lives.

Kim Savino has over ten years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She has a Masters in Social Work from New York University and is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Kim currently serves as a clinical supervisor at Wellspring Counseling Center, LLC and is a Program Coordinator for a county wide mobile crisis unit.

Anita Zito is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joins Wellsprings Counseling Center, LLC full-time after working for over twelve years in a non-profit family therapy organization providing counseling to individuals, couples and families. In addition to her counseling experience, she also provided clinical supervision to the clinical staff in their respective programs. She earned a Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University, Garden City, LI. She is also a Certified Field Instructor for Rutgers University and Marywood University.
In her work at Wellsprings, she provides counseling to individuals, couples and families as they face times of challenges, transitions and uncertainty. She believes that through support, faith, prayer and hope that people’s lives can be restored and transformed. In her role at Wellsprings, she also supervises Master’s level interns pursuing their advanced training.

 Armando Palazzo has an MA in Counseling and is a Board Eligible National Certified Counselor. He holds his licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC status. He has a BA in psychology with a minor in Pastoral Ministry. He has many years experience in both youth and young adults ministry. In his practice of psychotherapy he provides individual, couples and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, including marital work. He specializes in the facilitation of interpersonal and social skills, communication skills, the treatment of various disorders, and provides play therapy to children as young as two years old. In his work with children he inducts parents/care takers into the therapeutic process through training of parenting skills and therapeutic interventions. He believes that the recipe for a healthy society is a thriving and healthy family system.

Bruce Pajot serves as a counselor in New Jersey and New York. He works with individual needs as well as extensively with marriage and family issues. Bruce regularly leads marriage workshops and leads communication seminars throughout the country. Bruce has worked in both the hospital setting and the counseling office. He has served in ministry for many years including nine years as a full time pastor and Christian educator. Bruce has a wide range of education and career experience. He has spent more than 20 years in the corporate setting in fields as diverse as nuclear engineering, real estate and insurance. Due to a having a wide range of experience Bruce finds that he is able to relate well to a people from various backgrounds. He holds an M.Div from Princeton and an MA in Counseling from Nyack.

 Ted Barnett is a Master's level Counselor who completed his coursework in Counseling at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling (AGSC) and is a Board Eligible National Certified Counselor. He currently is licensed as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of NJ. He works with both couples and adult individuals and specializes in marital communication and enrichment, Christian Ministry burnout, personal and relational boundary work, and integrating Christian faith into the therapeutic counseling environment. In addition, he is a world traveler with recurring involvement in overseas missions.

 Sarah Kotecha grew up in the state of Maine. She attended Columbia International University in South Carolina, where she graduated with a bachelor’s in Bible and Psychology. After that, she came to Nyack, New York to attend Alliance Graduate School of Counseling where she received her MA in Counseling. Sarah has a passion for missionaries and missionary kids. She wants to support and equip missionaries for the mission field. She also wants to assist missionary kids with all the adjustments that come with being an MK. In addition to her desire to work with missionaries, she is passionate about working with women's issues.
