Grace Lee is a Licensed Associate Counselor (License # 37AC00682900) in the State of New Jersey, and a Mental Health Counselor – Limited Permit (#P116363) in the State of New York, under the supervision of Verena Schnurr, MA, LPC (NJ License #37PC00597400), LMHC (NY License #007135). She completed her Masters degree in Counseling at the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling and also holds a Bachelors of Science from New York University.

Grace has counseling experience working with both adult individuals, as well as adolescents, with a commitment to instill hope through the therapeutic practice. Her focus includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, adjustment & transition, self worth, relationships & interpersonal conflicts, women issues, trauma, abuse, grief & loss, and spiritual issues. Guided by the biopsychosocial model, Grace takes a holistic approach to her therapy and seeks to walk with her clients and help navigate them through the highs and lows of life.

Prior to her career in counseling, Grace worked in Corporate America. She made the switch to counseling after spending time abroad and realizing her natural pull towards helping others. Outside of her professional endeavors, Grace adores immersing herself in unfamiliar cultures and languages, and as a result, she recognizes time and time again how small she is in a world so big.
