Ileanie is a Licensed Associate Counselor (License #37AC00760500) in the State of New Jersey and a Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit (#P125098) in the State of New York under the supervision of Verena Schnurr, MA, LPC (License #37PC00597400), LMHC (License #007135). She has completed her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College / Alliance Graduate School of Counseling, and previously graduated with a BA in Psychology and Religion from Rutgers University New Brunswick.
Ileanie is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families to find wholeness. She desires to see people flourish in their purpose and identity, to see them grow in ways that bring fulfillment and clarity of who they are and who they can become. Ileanie values the intricate uniqueness of who people are and strives to come alongside them as they pursue their goals. She previously worked with preschool aged children and with families on their immigration journeys. Valuing serving her church, Ileanie is bilingual in both Spanish and English and offers counseling services in both languages.
