Kim Savino has over 25 years of counseling experience working with children/adolescence, adults, and families. She has been working at Wellsprings for 20 years as a therapist as well as a Clinical Supervisor.  In addition to working at Wellsprings, Kim previously managed a county wide mobile crisis unit as well as several programs funded by DCP&P (formerly DYFS).  In an effort to help trauma victims and those feeling “stuck,” Kim has recently begun to practice Sandtray Play Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.  Kim also serves as an in home provider for the NJ Division of Child Behavioral Health Services.  Her passion is helping people to  become what they were created to be and do what they were created to do.  Her treatment experience includes but is not limited to Addictions, Codependency, Mood Disorders, relational conflicts, and working with oppositional adolescents. She has a Masters in Social Work from New York University; she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (License #44SC05055100) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (License #37L C00078500).  In addition, Kim is currently pursuing a certificate in Sandtray Therapy.
