Sarah-Ann is a Licensed Associate Counselor (License #37AC00755400) in the State of New Jersey and a Mental Health Counselor-Limited Permit (Permit #P126888) in the State of New York, under the supervision of Joanne McCarthy, MA, LPC, LMHC (NJ License #37PC00463800 / NY License #005069). Sarah-Ann received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She has experience working with adults, teens, and children, and her areas of therapeutic focus include depression and mood disorders, anxiety, interpersonal and relational concerns, grief and loss, career and ministry, and spiritual concerns. Having received her undergraduate degree in Art Education from Montclair State University and working outside of Wellsprings as a teacher in elementary art, Sarah-Ann is passionate about the power of creativity in healing and the empowerment it brings.
Deeply caring about the hearts, minds, and emotional well-being of her clients, Sarah-Ann strives to foster a therapeutic environment in which clients feel seen, heard, and respected for the beautifully unique individuals they are. She is warmly empathetic and intentional about partnering with clients from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and life stories. Sarah-Ann views it as a privilege to walk with clients in their personal triumphs and struggles as they navigate their lifelong journey of growth and healing.
